What does "turnkey" mean?
This is a major renovation of an apartment (or private house), including all types of rough and finishing works such as:
1. Erecting interior partitions;
2. Floor screeding;
3. Plastering and puttying of walls;
4. Plumbing and electrical wiring installation;
5. Flooring finishing;
6. Wall finishing;
7. Ceiling finishing;
8. Installation of light fixtures, wall sconces, chandeliers;
9. Plumbing fixture installation;
10. Installation of baseboards and ceiling moldings.
How long does the repair work take?
The company follows an individual approach to each client, taking into account the specifics of the renovation, the scope of work, and its complexity.
For a standard turnkey renovation, including wall construction and having a design project in hand, the timelines are as follows:
- 1-bedroom apartment up to 40 m2 - 60 working days;
- 2-bedroom apartment up to 80 m2 - 70 working days;
- 3-bedroom apartment from 80 to 110 m2 - 95 working days.Apartments larger than 110 m2 - timelines are discussed individually;
- For a standard turnkey renovation, including wall construction and having a design project in hand, the timelines are as follows.
Does the cost change during the course of work, if so, by how much?
The cost of the renovation is fixed and outlined in the contract and does not change during the renovation, except for additional works according to the project that are requested by the client during the renovation process.
How is payment for work done?
Payment is made in advance in three installments. The first advance payment is made within 3 days from the contract signing date. Each subsequent installment is made within 3 days after the completion reports are finalized for the previous stage of work.
